Il Ristorante in Thouaré-sur-Loire is a highly recommended Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming, with comfortable chairs and tables, and beautiful décor. The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the service is efficient. The food is of excellent quality, with fresh ingredients and great taste. The portions have been getting smaller, however the quality/price ratio is still very interesting. The intense chocolate dessert is a must try, served with salted butter caramel ice cream and delicious cream. The scooped ice creams are not worth it, however. The Covid-19 safety measures are respected, with a distance of at least one meter between tables. All in all, Il Ristorante is definitely worth a visit.
