Waitress was sweet, but she forgot silverware when our food was brought out and we had to wait 5 minutes for her to come back then another 5 min for her to bring the silverware, our food was cold by then. The fruit was slimy, the pancakes were stiff and cold, and the mac and cheese was in a tiny bowl and gross. This is not the experience I'm used to at an Ihop. Young group of girls working here. We sat down not many in here after we were sat down and no one ever came back. The restaurant was sooo dirty and all the employees were just sitting around. We just got up and left. When we asked for a manger the young girl with red hair just rolled her eyes and walked away! Will never return Service: 1

After a brief wait, a young lady appeared, seeming quite perplexed about the seating arrangements. Additionally, a visibly upset DoorDash driver was also waiting, adding to the chaotic atmosphere. Once seated, I met my waitress, who was friendly and soft-spoken, a pleasant contrast to the initial confusion. The menu offered typical IHOP fare, but when I inquired about a la carte pancake options, the waitress seemed unfamiliar with the term. After placing my order, there was a wait before the food arrived. Unfortunately, my eggs were not prepared as requested, but the waitress promptly and cheerfully corrected the mistake, bringing a fresh plate. The food quality was standard for IHOP – nothing exceptional but passable. The overall ambiance was what you'd expect from a typical IHOP. In summary, if you're patient enough to navigate through some service hiccups and are content with average diner food, this IHOP fits the bill.
