Waitress could barely speak English. Our food arrived cold on top off getting our orders wrong. The food she brought out was old n dry. Also, my friends n I clearly told her separate checks, guess what? She brought us one combined check This place differently not bussin, no cap.

HORRIBLE!!!😡😡Me and my family went there today, and I am disgusted! The short Hispanic waitress wasn’t doing her job properly! She completely talked over me when I ordered, when we asked for a kids Mac and cheese, she waited to tell us there was no Mac and cheese once the food was out, leaving the kid to wait for his food. She looked like she didn’t wanna be there and didn’t put ANY EFFORT! WORST OF ALL there was GUM IN THE PANCAKES! I am never coming back! Yall consider before coming here! Food was good as usual and as completely expected. However the service we had at the Mission Texas N Conway location was very slow to say the least waited forever to get waited on and then again forever on our bill. Never was checked on to see if everything was alright and had to ask for a water refill. The music was too loud to even hear, definitely a failing grade! I had the big steak omelet and wife had the 2x2x2 breakfast. We ordered curbside. The food was brought out on time, the food packaging and prep was amazing and surprising how ihop is a cut above other establishments on packaging, and lastly, the food was delicious and still warm, hot even, as we sat down to eat at home. Gf and I decided to make a little escapade at around 1am to this IHOP it was rather cozy in there the restaurant was spotless and the service was very good (however) the kitchen served us some bacon that looked like it was cooked at the very least about 5 hours ago it was kinda shocking to the point where it was almost funny, so the waitress took the plate back very and they did fix it for us all and all pretty good experience just beware with the actual food make sure you're eating fresh😅. Waitress was very rude,she didn’t serve us our drinks had to be another worker,food took a hour to be served,she had said “it will be right out” once we got our food it was extremely cold including the eggs…waitress had seemed to be very distracted and spaced out,concerned she was on something…. on the other hand once we told the manager in charge what was happening he took great responsibility for what happened and was being very generous and good to us.Dont recommend getting served by this waiter!! Utensils were dirty. I told the server if she could change them and the other ones were dirty too. Did not enjoy my food at all. The steak my husband bought smelled weird and had an odd taste.
