Food was decent. And the service with the lady we had was great. She was super nice. Wasn’t to loud with all the people there either. Only thing I would complain about is the tables were to small against the windows. Two small tables that wobbled. But other than that it was a good alternative to the pancake festival. Service is terrible. You have to wait to be seated a lot longer than you you did back when they stayed packed full capacity back when first opened. There are only two or three waitresses, about six tables with two or three people at them,they say that they are so busy. I hate going there anymore. Wish there was a way for me to not select a star. I had lunch at this location today and from the atmosphere to the food was awful. THE SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVER BRENDA WAS AWFULLLLLLLLL. SHE WENT AS FAR AS BRING US WRONG ORDERS AND LEFT OUR DRINK. WELL IT ONLY GET WORTST FROM HERE SHE THROWED THE NAPKINS DOWN ON THE TABLE OPPOSITE US GRUMBLED AND TURNED OFF. The food was horrible 😫 nasty if you ask me pan cakes was raw, biscuit was oily and burnt, egg raw even though I suggest we'll cook, the fries were dry, salt and the sausages were undercooked. Not sure if yesterday was just a bad day or if this is normal for this IHop. We normally don't come to this one. Came in and there were a few ladies already waiting to pay for their takeout. We waited several minutes and no one even tried to greet us. Finally, after several people piled in after us, a young man showed up to take us to a table. He asked how many and that was the end of his conversation with us. He didn't ask us to follow him or let us know that our waitress would be with us. We sat and waited again for a few minutes for a waitress to finally arrive. The restaurant was not super busy but did have a few people in it. Our waitress wasn't very attentive. My eggs and hashbrowns were cold however, my husband said his were fine. Our pancakes came out when we were about halfway done with the other plate, but they were at least hot. The whole meal didn't come out in a timely manner. Overall the meal wasn't horrible but it could have been much better. Ordered the T-bone Stake with 3 over easy eggs. The meat was full of gristle and was very thin. Did not look anything like a T-bone. Plus, they brought out scrambled eggs. I stopped in here with a friend to have a late night bite to eat and i had forgotten how much I love IHOP! They make pretty much everything breakfast wise under the sun. I’ve really never had a bad meal here. We were the only people in the whole restaurant and our waitress was the sweetest lady. Our food arrived in no time and was exactly how we ordered it. It tasted great and I cannot recommend it enough. If your hungry for breakfast food than definitely stop by IHOP . The service at this particular location is very much below the level of good. My group of five were there for breakfast on Sunday 09/24/23. We waited for over 30 minutes just to be seat. Yes there were others waiting. When we were finally seated I noticed there were several tables available the would have accommodated my party. Which was a little suspicious. The staff was at best civil but not welcoming. My party had to wait for our food for over 25 minutes. I asked our server about 10 minutes in why the long wait, her reply was not acceptable. She told me she did not know why the food was taking so long, but they had a lot of orders. A simple, I will check on that⁸ for and let you know would have done a lot to improve this experience. Once our meals arrived the pancakes were cold. The dish I ordered was just barely warm. The other meals had clearly had been sitting for some time. My overall experience here was extremely poor. It appears that this location is being operated with very little oversite from its managing operator. The staff needs to have better communication between themselves and there guests. Good service and food. I'm especially happy to see they have protein pancakes. They were good and very filling. I order a short stack and was full after eating just one.
