This is an updated review... we had a bad experience at this location last week. However, I do want to thank the owner/manager for reaching back out & making it right. She was very caring and helpful. She apologized for our bad experience, she said they never want anyone to have a negative experienceat their restaurant & she gave us a full refund. Complete garbage tonight. Nashville hot chicken has cheese DRIPPING off it. Not tonight. I'm not sure how this cook burnt the cheese but not the bread on FOUR sandwiches. 4 cheeses? Hardly. We had shredded cheddar, paper thin and over cooked. I'm not sure what the flavor was, but it wasn't Nashville hot. We should have walked out when she brought the slop to the table. I've eaten that sandwich 5 times now. It's been pretty consistent until now. My friend ordered steak and eggs... this huge breakfast chain couldn't even get his eggs right. Also, the manager discounted their bill 50% and knocked off $2.50 off mine and my sons sandwiches. We'd all been looking forward to this sandwich all day, and it was such a let down. They weren't busy at all either. Kicking myself for going ahead and eating it. I've had better sandwiches out of a gas station. We had placed a delivery order through IHOP, & a door dash driver was supposed to deliver the order. It was an absolute nightmare and we never received our food. We called IHOP and spoke with a manager Jenelle. She remade our entire order and had one of their personal employees deliver it to us. We appreciate the top notch service Jenelle gave us to make our order right. Huge thank you to Jenelle, the lady who dropped off our order, & the rest of their staff for making this right for us! There is one particular short, dark skinned girl at this place that needs training on how to give good customer service. When a guest walks in you greet them! Instead of looking annoyed, you need to have a smile on your face. Stop talking to your co-workers and making guest wait. If you can't do these things you are in the WRONG industry. If this was 1 off day I can forgive it but how are you the face of this IHOP?? The guys who works the front are super awesome and thank you for giving great service. There is an Asian guy and a Caucasian one, both are superb. like always, it just takes one dead weight person to slow down everyone. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

When I arrived, I met a really polite person who greeted me with a wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. We were sat down in less than 10 which is amazing but I was sat down. It took a toll from there. We were greeted our tables with a lady who looked drained and very tired. She gave us menus and we waited about 15 minutes before actually being asked what we’d like to eat. After waiting about 20 minutes for our food. Personally my pancakes tasted amazing but all the other people who came with me explain that their eggs had a yellow layer around the egg as if it wasn’t cooked enough and the bacon was too burnt. And one of my other friends also did not receive her bacon. As we were given our food, we began, and within two minutes of us eating our food the lady immediately gave us our check, which we were going to split into force, but we couldn’t express that yet because she gave us the check immediately as if we had no air to breathe. We split our check and they completely messed up our checks and put different sodas on peoples orders who got no beverage but water, took a while, and quickly dismissed us to leave. Ultimately I don’t think I’ll be coming back here and if you want good quality service, I wouldn’t recommend it. 3/10 Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have eaten here many times and everything is always good. But the day we stopped by we had to do take out. We got our food ok but when we went to eat it it was horrible. We had crepes and they were overdone, and tough. We only got one little syrup which wouldn't have been so bad but since they were cooked too long we could have used more. We would have returned them but was unable to. That was the reason for takeout. I hope the next time we go things will be different. UPDATE: since writing this review the company was quick to get a hold of me to make this right. So the restaurant itself got a hold of me and gave us a voucher to use on another date for a free meal. As I said in my previous review I have eaten there many times before and have ONLY gotten a good meal. So thank you to them for making it right and I will certainly be back. Customer service is certainly a 5 star!!

Last time I ate here food was good and Waitress was great. We had 4 people. This last time food was cold, and the waitress only came by to take our order and deliver food. It was only 2 of us. Service was great and we were seated quickly even though we’re a large family. We had a couple issues with food and our waiter kept fixing everything, he was younger and sincere to address our problems. His manager came over and sorted items out on our bill. The hot chocolate was delicious as well as the churro pancakes!

Our experience was a good one! They were crazy busy so we had a little bit of a wait but not more than 15 minutes! The food was AMAZING and delicious. Decent pricing!! I had an omelette and it was very big and packed full of deliciousness. The kids meals were good portions. The chicken fried steak and eggs was huge and cooked to perfection! Staff was friendly and our waitress was amazingly friendly and accommodating! Overall a great experience!
