The restaurant was clean, warm and quiet. Very inviting hostess greeted us at the door and immediately knew what size table we needed seating for. Wait staff, José, was wo derful amd very attentive to needs like drinks and food requests for specifically prepared items. All food had a glorious presentation, was perfect in temperature upon being served. Hot enough the heat lasted the entire time we ate and cool enough it didn't burn anyone's tongue. Portion sizes were excellent to the point of not only filling,but we had so.e delicious left overs to take home. Price was very affordable for a family of 5 being served,and we have some hearty appetites! Highly recommend to everyone wanting a breakfast meal at any time of day. So no matter what time you call it breakfast THIS is the place to go! Special Note the blue raspberry lemonade is absolutely as delicious and refreshing as it looks!! We've been here quite a few times over the years and have always had an above average experience. Wait times can be long when they are busy, so we usually avoid them on weekend mornings but if we have the time we will sometimes even stop by then. This time we ordered the new Willy Wonka food to go & enjoyed the drink while we waited. It didn't take long so we didn't even finish the drink but the rest of the food was equally embellished (wish I had taken pictures 🤦🏻‍♀️). The drink itself was a little tart but if the cotton candy had had time to melt/mix in like I'm sure it would while dining in, I think it would have been well balanced. They have good deals for kids & interesting tweeks on their food for holidays like Halloween, etc that the kids always like but usually end up being more of a treat than a wholesome meal. The four stars instead of 5 is not a reflection of this specific experience but a culmination over the years of the lack of healthier options on the menu (obviously nothing specific to this location) & some sub par customer service from waitresses, which is bound to happen at most establishments in this field from time to time. the worst IHOP experience i have ever had. i don’t usually leave reviews, but this was unreal. yesterday (1/21/2023) me and some friends decided to go to IHOP for my birthday dinner because i have loved having my birthday at IHOP for years! i was running a bit late so i had my friends ask for a table, who said the host told them about a 30 minute wait. i got there shortly after and was astounded at how that could possibly be true, there were only three small tables sat in the whole restaurant, there was no reason for there to be a wait. luckily the wait only ended up being about 10 minutes. then our server, I didn’t catch his name, some younger white guy, was definitely not enthusiastic about serving. i like to give most servers grace because I get it, it’s not a perfect job, but he literally I kid you not THREW the straws at people to hand them out?? then a server who was so nasty I did catch her name- deja- was being extremely rude to our server and talking loudly about how she hated the job and wanted to go home. anyways finally got our food which all tasted great! no complaints there. except for being charged almost $4 for a cup of sprite ?? whatever. we ask our server for the checks and he collects our cards and instead of getting clipboards or checkbooks, fumbles around asking who’s card is who and handing the reciepts back. while he did that two people asked him for a box. we waited about 15 minutes no box, and as another table was sat beside us, deja told them “sorry for any delay in your service, there’s way too many people in this section” and points at our table. i worked in a high end, fast pace restaurant for 3 years and that was nowhere near a full section for a server. our entire group was astounded at how incredibly rude she proved to be over and over. we asked again for a box and didn’t get it. finally had to ask a third time to get boxes so we could leave, and were met with glares out the door. horrible experience. A good restaurant to eat breakfast. Had the granddaughters over for new years eve and so on new years day they wanted to go out to eat. They choose ihop. Went tbere waited a minute or so to be setted. Soon after a waitress took our drink orders, orange juice and of course 2 hot chocolates. Food came out quickly and the order was all correct so we all dug in. The girls cleaned up everything on there plates in no time at all. I also finished my meal as well.
