This place has nice coffee but the service is SLOOOW. I know what you're thinking, it must be all the people there and one worker. Nope, only person in the store and it took 15 minutes to get a bagel. Yes. A heated bagel. Now you will be thinking, maybe this was a one time thing? Nope. Every time I have been here, same type of service. Oh & to top it off, my bagel that i received was burnt.

Took me around 10 to 15 minutes with nobody waiting in line to get this amount of coffee for over five dollars. The wait wouldn’t have been that big a deal if they hadn’t given me literally a sip of coffee. The flavor was really good but when I asked, could I please have more than just a small amount for the price? She was annoyed and told me it would take longer to make more of this type of coffee that I had asked for. “Vietnamese coffee.” I don’t want to judge the place solely off of this one experience, but the two girls they had working in there really need to step it up, and whoever is their manager needs to hold them accountable. There was no sense of urgency or attitude of customer service whatsoever. They were walking around behind the counter, eating and literally just taking their time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Friendly, speedy service! The baristas greeted us when we walked in🙂The space is clean and nice. A few tables to study or work at. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices. I ordered a medium vanilla chai tea frappe which is delicious! I would recommend trying this local business for coffee☕️ Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

It was lovely. The place was very calm and the person Barista was very kind. I had the hibiscus mint iced tea, it was delicious. It was well priced I paid $13 for three small drinks. A must visit coffee shop! Smooth tasting coffee and how great that we have a new option here in Rockwall. Very friendly staff and service, cozy environment, and easy to get to. The shop is on the way towards Gloria's, on the left side when walking from the parking lot. Highly recommend a Vanilla Bean Cold Brew or Dark Chocolate Cold Brew. Super friendly service, inviting environment, and delicious drinks. I got the Peppermint Hot Chocolate and it was unbelievably delicious and my husband got the Butter Pecan Cappuccino and he was blown away by it as well. They also have assorted gifts, teas, and begged coffee that you can purchase as well, definitely worth the visit every time you're out here! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
