Celeste was awesome! She was basically running the whole restaurant the day we came, the food was great, the service was even better. What a friendly wonderful woman. She deserves a raise for sure. Never having been in this area but always having seen pictures of the majestic Mount Shasta I finally had an opportunity to travel through this beautiful region. And being a "child of the 70's" OF COURSE I had to travel to WEED and, just by chance, came upon this OASIS of food in this town!!!! Greeted by some disturbingly friendly staff it was "home" instantly!!!!! And the breakfast was everything a famished traveler could have wished for. LUCKY LOCALS!!!!! This was a great trip northbound and the HI LO was an unbelievably wonderful memory maker! Thanks to all at the HI LO!!!!! A retro blast from the past. Good food, lots of hot coffee refills, and friendly and prompt service. It’s a time tested formula and it works here. The hungry man’s breakfast was too much for one person so we split it. Watch out for the California bacon tax, though. Miss Bonnie 💗 You are absolutely delightful!!! This was my 2nd time here, and I’ve enjoyed it both times. However, you are so sweet & you truly add to the experience. And, goodness gracious, you can seriously haul tail and handle a crowd. Thank you for helping me get my son to eat by splitting that B.L.A.S.T. for us.
