I’ve tried this place twice as I prefer to buy local. The coffee was great, and the food was just as good. I hope they make it. It doesn’t look welcoming from the outside, but once inside, it’s comfy. I recommend finding some decent art; the current is hard on the eyes. Also, remove the water spots on the windows because it just looks bad. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

What a great find! He Brews is a friendly, wonderful snug of a coffeehouse. Comfortable and great service. This is an excellent coffee house you will look forward to being in you'll want to hang out. Finally found a good chai without leaving Sacramento county. I do recommend "light milk," as my first time here, both the chai and mocha were both a bit more milk than flavor (though, this is just a first impression, and the business was so freshly opened they were only half way unpacked), but other wise-- chai with flavor, and spice that lasts well after a sip!
