It is dirty, you have to pay for the toilet but the toilet doors do not work, service is slow, atmosphere is ugh, there should be sepaeate caffe and restaurant area but the caffe is taken over by birds (and their droppings). Avoid if possible.

I don't like the fake branding of the famous Bulgarian chain called Happy Bar&Grill... anyway, the place offers good food, accepts all types of currencies (dinars, levs or euro), food is tasty and service is quick.

This is a local restaurant in Sofia downstairs in a brick lined layout. The bricks create a nice atmosphere. Food very average but service better than most in this city so it gets 4 stars.

Very poor service, unpleasant and non-cultural caterers, poor food, we got a cold dish and then they yelled at us because we wanted to take it back, and get new one. I would like a zero to be able to give them!
