Nice home looking place where you can enjoy a family dinner. Very nostalgic place. We all had nice dinners and being in little Italy they have their own parking too.

This was our first time ever here the valet guys were very attentive professional the owner ship greeting at the front entrance and seating us was wonderful owner is very active with his customers about the restaurant we loved every moment of it and the food was phenomenal some people left reviews saying it’s out dated and dusty its not olive garden were the fake Italian food is served processed the decor is original and thats what its supposed to be like old classic Italian family decor the decor doesn’t define how excellent the food is the service and our server was phenomenal we will back highly recommend 😎 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Veal Parmigiana

Old world style Italian food with a darker decor that could be romantic. I had the pesto gnocchi and it was amazing, definitely will be coming here again when I visit Cleveland. My husband and I saw many good reviews online for Guarino's. Unfortunately we were disappointed. I ordered the lasagna and it was good and flavorful. My husband ordered the much raved about chicken picatta. The sauce was bland and the lemon flavor tasted like Real Lemon from a bottle, not fresh lemon.
