Poor customer service, long wait times. Overpriced for what you end up getting. Ordered a giant sandwich to go, and what's the width of an average breadstick. Paid almost $20 for it. Toppings were sparse. Condiments globbed out. It took 20 minutes or more waiting in line to end up with pure garbage. Large chunks of onions, the size of half an onion sometimes. Customers claimed they couldn't hear you and didn't know the register. For my husband and I and two kids it cost nearly $40 for bad food and bad service. I kept trying them out because when it was good it was good. Most of the time they're very very bad though. I will save my money and go somewhere else or make my own subs from here on out.
