I ordered a Philly cheesesteak meal and my fries were VERY salty, I was really looking forward to that food and my fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. I called them and they offered an exchange of fries but that isn’t enough. Customer service is still good though. Wings were not golden. I tell you that they made it brown no offense but Black Lives Matter we had to ask them about the manager but they lied and said they aren’t here. So I waited for a refund. When finally the supposedly manager came and said “we don’t do refunds” I got angry and called the police.
