Having seen Nut Tree Family Park, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. The menu of Japanese cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is wonderful here. To try nicely cooked soft-shell crabs, fried oysters and misir is a truly good idea. You can have tasty fried bananas, banana dessert and chocolate bananas at Fuji Sushi Buffet. It's easy to find this place due to its great location. A lot of visitors order good wine or delicious beer. You will appreciate great lemonade at this spot. While limited in menu, the lunch price is really good for what you get. More importantly, the place is clean and well maintained and the sushi didn't get me sick. The rolls are well made. Only nitpick is they pack on the rice for the nigiri, but they have sashimi as an option. The sushi here is amazing! This is the best all you can eat place in allllll of the area including the Bay Area! For the price it's unbeatable! The service here is always amazing and they always make sure you're doing okay! If you sit at the bar they always ask if they can make you anything! The ambience here is good as well! Great food, great service, and great times. We checked in online before we got there so we literally parked, walked in and got seated right away. We sat at the sushi bar and you just begin ordering! They ask you if you’ve been there before and explain how it works if you haven’t. They have vegetarian options which is why I chose to try it out. The dragon vegetarian roll is good. The futo maki was better, in my opinion. I love sesame balls but these were not that great. They were softer than I would have liked and the flavor was not all that amazing. The fried bananas looked good, but weren’t impressive either. I have no idea why but the water is heavenly. So thirst quenching even if you’re not thirsty. 🤣😭 Overall, the experience was fantastic. All staff are friendly and on top of your wants and needs, including taking away dishes you’re finished with. We normally don't eat buffet, especially sushi buffet. But, thought we should give this a try based on the good reviews. Well, service was great, very friendly staff. The quality of the raw fish was a bit below average. The grilled fish kama was pretty good, so were the deserts, fried banana and sesame balls. I had a lot of edamame which were quite good. So, in conclusion, at $30.99/person for dinner, come if you are not picky about your sushi and you can eat a lot. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Remember to order salmon Kama and hamachi Kama! Other appetizers, sushi, tempura and desserts are worth trying as well. Service are great. This restaurant is what I am looking for as a buffet.
