I love this place, Violet (hostess/owner) and Jose (chef) are the nicest people. They have lived in Sonora all their lives. We call them("good people") they also cater. 5 stars is my rate. Been coming here for ten years. We moved to Oklahoma a few years ago and we still have to stop here when we are in town visiting family. The owner is awesome and the food is great. Can’t ask for more. Btw get the 3 meat burrito if you like breakfast burritos. It’s amazing. My first time going to Foothills Cafe, I was really looking forward to a very meaty sausage breakfast burrito. I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and it was a very huge burrito but it was mostly potato. The burrito cost me almost 16 bucks and I automatically gave them a $20 and told them to keep the change but if I would have known they weren't going to use very much sausage I would have used my tip money and have them put extra sausage. I don't think a sausage breakfast burritos should taste like potatoes and cheese. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30
