I was shocked by my recent experience here. The first time I visited, it was an excellent experience. This time, I went with my boyfriend, and only two other customers were in the restaurant. However, we still had prolonged service. We didn't mind it too much; we just wanted something quick to eat.
Everything was going okay until my boyfriend received his meal, which wasn't what he had ordered. The server took at least 10 minutes to check back with us after she told me she would bring me water, even though only one other couple was in the restaurant. All she said was a quiet sorry, and then we had to wait again for my boyfriend's order.
We didn't receive any compensation for an even longer wait for our food, and the person who seemed to be the manager, who was floating around, didn't come to talk to us. He only briefly mentioned that the food would be out soon.
Aside from that, we never saw our server again after that encounter. It was unprofessional, and we didn't feel very accommodated. We understand slow service if it was busy but quite literally there was no one in the restaurant, so service should not have taken as long as it should have. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I took a group out to dinner here to check it out and was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this establishment. The food was so delicious and plentiful. Plus the service was excellent. I have a new place to go for a terrific burger, and can’t wait to return!

Awesome spot for brews and snacks!! Nathan was awesome and suggested great IPA's. The bacon trio appetizer is to die for, and nachos were the best I've had in a long time! Went with pulled pork on top. OMG. Not your normal run of the mill chips and guacamole, either!! Highly recommend!
