Lovely open air seating near the beaches. Delicious homemade farm to table meals, including vegetarian and vegan options. Everything we ate was amazing. We had the best home made lemonade ever. The service was excellent. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Ashley was our waitress and did a great job. Cocktails were excellent as well but that’s the end of our good experience. Food took almost an hour to come out and the lamb chops were gray they were so overcooked and totaled about seven bites. Gnocchi was decent but again was a laughable portion. Left here still hungry and $100 lighter. Save your money and get ramen next door. Tasting menu portions with entree prices. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I vomited and had diarrhea all night after dining here and I am 100% sure it was the food at Flora as it was my only meal of the day. Another reviewer mentioned that they were served rancid tuna. Clearly this restaurant does not understand food safety and should be shut down immediately. I had the gnocchi with shrimp which was not only small and underwhelming but riddled with bacteria. Recommend avoiding this establishment as they are clearly showing a pattern of serving spoiled food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I don’t know what was best the service or the food. Our waiter, Ashley, was so nice and knew all the menu to suggest the perfect pics. Didn’t rush anything. Music is awesome and the vibes were very chill. I think this is the best food I had tried since I am in Puerto Rico. Will comeback! this place is AMAZING. I almost don’t want to write a review out of fear that it will blow up and I can never come back. They saved us in 2021 on New Year’s Eve when every single other restaurant was closed, and gave us some of the best takeout we have ever had in our lives. Fast forward to 2024, we just had to double check that we hadn’t hallucinated how bomb their food was. Turns out it is just as fresh, balanced, bright and INSANELY good as remembered. If this chef ever writes a cookbook I am first in line, everybody is lovely who works here and I would always recommend to check this spot out if you are in Aguadilla/Isabela. Tostones were to DIE FOR. And the cornbread dessert was a revelation. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Ice Cream Popcorn
Perhaps the food is good? The water was average. We got there exactly at our reservation time. After the table was cleared. We scanned the code and waited to tell our server what we wanted to try. And waited And saw another party come in and get seated. And we waited. And we saw them get their drink orders in And we waited We saw their drinks arrive. Hey we got some water and we waited some more. 30 minutes of waiting and the other table was getting their dinner orders in, and we were still waiting. Food Review: the water is average. While waiting we noticed other things: The name of the place is “Flora”, there is not one vegetarian dish on the menu. The menu is one page, we were with an elderly person, no paper menu offered, just the qr code on a crumpled piece of paper that flew away more than once. The menu has 2 languages. Yay! But its not Spanish and english versions of menu items. Wat? The language switches within each description making translation apps more difficult. Especially for older people. As for atmosphere, it was quiet, the music was not too loud. The cement floor is uneven so you feel like you are leaning back too far. The cheap ikea tables and chairs do nothing to help the poor service. The silverware is nice. The selections below are based on what we think would have happened if we didnt leave with our amygdalas on fire. I just finished eating at this Flora restaurant in Aguadilla , Puerto Rico . I live in Miami and wanted to invite my cousin who lives in Aguadilla to a nice meal . They claim they are farm to table . We sat in a table outside and my first experience is smelling a foul odor blown in from the breeze . It smelled like human waste . When I told the waitress we wanted to move tables due to the foul order she said it was coming from An abandoned hotel next to them however she did move us to another table . When we open the Menu there were no prices on the Menu. I asked the waitress what were the prices since I do not like surprises . She said she would gladly bring me a hand written list of the prices but since today was Wednesday the big plates ( it was not a big plate) were 2 for 30.00 . We ordered the lamb chops , which came with mashed potatoes and spinach . The lamb chops were hard to cut and gamey tasting but the sauces and mash potatoes were good . The problem is when I was in trying to eat the second chop I saw a water bug crawling in my food . I asked discretely for the waitress to come over and see the bug in my plate . I asked her to replace the food and she asked me if I wanted a different plate . I told her perhaps the chicken plate is faster to make . The waitress came back and said the Chef will charge me to replace the plate since I had eaten most of it ( 1 chop) and the bug falling in the plate was not his fault . I told her I was not going to pay for a third plate because the bug was not myfault either . Nor was the nasty sewage smell coming from the abandoned hotel Cima next door . If this Chef was indeed Michelin trained he must have failed the course of customer service . I have traveled the world and eaten in many 5 star restaurants and this one definitely falls way below any standards of customer service I have ever experienced . Dining in a place where the breeze blows In a foul smell is not pleasant . Let alone when a bug falls in your plate and the Chef treats you with such disrespect and won’t even replace your dish without charging you . I left a cash tip to the waitress because it’s not her fault . But I will definitely dispute the bill if this restaurant with my credit card . Mr Chef, I suggest you go back to being trained on customer service before your business goes bankrupt . I am surprised at all the good reviews . Either they are not real reviews or people have no idea what customer service and ambiance means . It’s a shame because the place has potential if they block off the dining patio from the abandoned hotel so you don’t smell sewage or human waste from the homeless people and animals in that abandoned building . And if the Chef changes his attitude and learns basic customer service . For those of you who want to try their food despite my review I suggest once you enter the dining area you ask for a table on the right towards the front of the restaurant . Also I suggest you ask for the prices of your meals to avoid surprises . Luckily at least they had the special of 2 so called, BIG plates for 30.00 on this Wednesday and I did not spend whatever outrageous amount they normally charge for a subpar dining experience . To say the least I am appalled at the bad service and nasty smelling breeze courtesy of an abandoned hotel behind them . Follow up to this review : I did dispute this with my credit card company and the owner had the audacity to fabricate there was no bug in my plate and that I had eaten all the food which was not true and he never came to the table to even attempt to see what I was telling his waitress . The waitress did acknowledge: stating things like bugs happens in an open establishment . But he did not bother to meet me so how would he know if there was a bug and if I had eaten my plate since he never showed his face to me . I am a mature adult and eat in fine dining all over the world and I get no pleasure berating a small business since I have owned one myself . Owner is a lier, disrespectful and unprofessional . Thus my credit card sited with me . Beware . Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $60–70 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

It pains me to leave a 2-star review but I would be remiss not to be honest with our experience. First the good: cocktails were great, appetizers (called small plates) were excellent, the place has a good local vibe, servers are courteous. Now on to the bad: my wife's fish, she ordered the Mahi tasted bad, not bland or salty, but bad as in rancid/putrid. I tried it and didn't say anything and waited for her take and she immediately noted it too. So, that really ruined the night. We told the server that the fish was bad and she apologized. We were comp'ed a dessert but asked us to pay full price for the rancid fish. I didn't asked anything to be taken out of my tab, but we did ask the server to inform the chef. They charged us for the bad fish plate so the chef must have thought it was still alright to serve (and eat). And that, I can't forgive. You can't control your suppliers but you can control what you put out. The fish was horribly bad, they cooked it, served it, got the feedback it was bad, reviewed the dish and still thought it was good (since they thought charging for the dish despite all this)... I am sorry but you are not up to par. Veredict: The chef has talent but will still serve you putrid fish (and charge you full for the returned plate). So, it's a no-go for me. Very chill atmosphere & good service. The chef at this place has some serious skills. Everything we ate was a very unique combination of ingredients but a foodgasm with every bite. Highly recommend.
