So far, I've made three Saturday morning visits, and I'd be dishonest if I said I have any complaints. The food is great, the service is great, and I've never had to wait more than five minutes for a table.
However, there is one thing you may want to ponder if you're searching for a new stomping ground: this is not a quiet, hole-in-the-wall breakfast joint; it's a busy, noisy place, but not overly so. If that doesn't suit you, there's a small outside dining area with plenty of shade where you can spectate the daily mayhem on Cypress Gardens Blvd.

Poor customer service Manager Cal was very disrespectful. I waited for my order over 30 minutes for my order and when I proceeded to tell him about the waitresses telling me, it will be another 20 minutes for my order I decided I wanted to refund they made me wait another 15 minutes before I got My refund stated that the manager was on the line and he would not come upfront to give me my refund. Cal, was very nasty towards me as I stated how long I had waited for my order he didn’t care after I voiced my concerns about waiting so long. I will be contacting corporate

Overall a nice place to go for brunch and some mimosas. I went recently to celebrate my birthday with a brunch with my sister-in-law. My food was just as expected but hers could have been better prepared.

I had to circle the block twice to find a parking space, but the tables weren't full. But that's not bad, just irritating.
Second time to this location and I was looking forward to a lunch before an appointment. The waitress was friendly, but absolutely overwhelmed. She got my order right away and brought my tea. And then I waited for 15 minutes before she brought out my meal. It wasn't cold, but it was barely warm. (Scrambled eggs should be hot.) And there were no mushrooms in it, which was one of my favorite parts of this meal. Another 10 minutes before I could get my waitress's attention to tell her the food was cold. She apologized and said mine was one of 5 orders that came out at the same time, and that she'd let the cook know. Like this would solve it. The kitchen was full of workers standing around talking, and a few people - not in uniform - walked in and out of the kitchen. Then I waited 15 minutes for my bill. The bussgirl even stopped to ask if I was alright, as I sat tapping my credit card on the table. She said she'd get my waitress. 5 more minutes and I had to leave for my appointment, so I went to the cashier who said I didn't have a ticket on her computer. She went to find my waitress. 5 minutes later... Charged me $18. I guess tea was $5?
What a shame.
I won't be back.
