It is pricey and I don't like buffets because I used to run catering and I knows how gross buffets are, but this is not a buffet. The food is delicious. Served tastefully and thoughtfully in 6 different formats and locations throughout the restaurant. The menu updates every 2 weeks. The atmosphere and service style is so unique in the US.
