I can't say enough great things about Fiesta.. It's my date night with my boyfriend, my margarita and chips night after work with girl friends, and my take out spot on those snow packed weekends. Manuel is wonderful and so is the hostess. They are all so great actually!!!! Update June 2022- Food was great, prices have increased but understandable due to inflation and supply chain issues, and it was nice and quiet when we were there. Service was not great, the waiter that served us has been there for the three years we have gone, and he was dismissive and hard to get his attention for things we needed. Update March 2023- Great view when sitting outside! Update July 2023- I'm so sad about this place. This has always been our "go to" place in Woodland Park as we could depend on service and food quality. That is no longer the case. I am not sure if they have a new chef, but the quality of the food has gone down significantly. There is a bag of frozen mixed vegetables in the rice now and absolutely no flavor. All of the items we got- no flavor. This is not how Fiesta has been in the past. Not sure what is going on, but for the increased prices- quality is sorely lacking. It was 51.00 plus tip for 2 lunch specials, a beer, and a soda. That is quite a lot for the disappointing taste. Update November 2023: My confidence in Feista has been restored! Yes! This was by far my favorite restaurant for years and then things went downhill. However, 2 separate AMAZING experiences recently have brought this place from 3 to 5 stars! YAY to Fiesta coming back to greatness! Thanks, Jorge, for restoring our confidence in Fiesta! Update December 2023: What a FANTASTIC takeout experience! Food exactly as ordered, ready when I arrived, and I have to say....Fiesta is back with its fantastic service and yummy food! This place is incredible. If you want good Mexican food, kind and happy servers...you need to go here. I was there 2 days before Christmas and there were tons of people waiting to get in. A mad house before Christmas. But, the line went quick, the servers were so happy and friendly and the food came out quick. It was delicious. Good job guys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in on our last night in town, it was fantastic. Delicious food, excellent service we had in the upstairs this evening. She was great! Definitely try the fried cheesecake for dessert. All the food we had was exceptional. Great servings and prices. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

SO good even months after our last visit! Great food, fresh, big portions and service was great! Love the chicken fajitas and my husband loved the carne asada burrito! One kid got the kids meal and the other got the adult portion pork carnitas! Everything was great! Chips and salsa SO good! The Fiesta continues to reinforce that every dish on the menu is delicious. We've been here multiple times and have had multiple choices and they are all good. The chips are homemade and always crispy. The Salsa is a perfect combination of the heat and flavor. It's the best Mexican restaurant in the Pike's peak region. We initially tried to come on a Saturday night, but there were no parking spots at all. We returned on a Monday night, and it was worth the wait. While many Mexican restaurants have the same colorful chairs, and this one was no exception, they went above and beyond this in their decor. In addition to this the view of Pikes Peak is fantastic. The restaurant is two story, and if you have a window view you probably can't go wrong on either floor. The staff was a well oiled machine and a shining example of how teamwork should be. While we were being seated, another employee was following right behind with chips and salsa. They tag teamed making sure we always had beverages and that everything was taken care of. They were almost doing periodic patrols, but not in an annoying way. They always kept busy and one of them even came around with a manual push vacuum to make sure the floor was clean. The food was really good in addition to all this. If you're up in Woodland Park I recommend this highly as the place you should go for Mexican food. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
