I usually come here. The quality of the drinks at this branch is much better than some in the Stockholm city centre. The chai latte and the salted caramel latte taste is perfect. Highly recommend it. Try the breakfast combos as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Staff are incapable of any basic customer service. It’s a quiet afternoon with two barista’s on duty. We joined onto the queue where there is one person ahead of us. We stayed in the queue for around 5 minutes while both barista’s went about making the order for the previous person. There was no sense of urgency to serve us, we didn’t even get a “hello” or a “I’ll be with you in a minute” After waiting another two minutes to place an order for a chocolate muffin, we left and went to Wayne’s Coffee. Don’t understand the the customer experience that espresso house wants to give its customers but they can be sure that there are plenty of other coffee places to go instead.
