We ordered our food at 4.25pm. The Restaurant wasn't full, maybe 40-50% of the tables were occupied. We received our order at 5.20pm. (Almost an hour later with a half full Restaurant) When we got our food, everything was cold!!! The Ribs, the fries, the potatoes, the fish. Everything was cold! We had 2 times Spareribs and a Cod, table 111. Since we had to leave at 5.35pm to catch our bus, we had no chance to send it back to the kitchen to get it back warm. Very disappointing experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was uncomfortable with a strange and disrespectful attitude. They didn't even offer to pour water, and despite my friend and I getting our own, the staff didn't assist. Additionally, after waiting for 40 minutes without our food, the staff's responses were dismissive and unhelpful. The quality of the dishes was also subpar; the pasta seemed like store-bought, and the fish soup was overly sour. Considering the high cost of 30 euros per person, I believe this restaurant lacks value for money. Overall, I don't recommend it.

I honestly think this restaurant deserves more praise than it currently has. It offers a varied menu (for people who don’t like fish, it’s good), with decent prices and nice atmosphere. It is not pretentious at all, food is excellent (we ate here twice, but it was so good I forgot to take pictures, I just did at my last meal halfway through). All in all, really good, I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the great work!

We had lunchtime pizza buffet and also ordered 2 meals from the menu.
The pizza buffet choice was 3 pizza (which were all cold even though they are under a lamp and looked the same) and a pot of lettuce with 2 sauce options.
The meals arrived and the chips were cold, as was the rice in the sweet and sour.
Your order at the bar for food and drinks which worked ok.

Food is expensive in Tromsø, so I understand that it's gonna cost, but to pay $75 for two sandwiches and some egg rolls and the sandwiches have mostly bread and not much meat was disappointing. You basically serve yourself, and on top of that it wasn't very tasty. Good place to watch people walk up and down the main street though.

As I only tried the pizza here I can't give a great review. There is an extensive menu with a ton of options. What I can tell you is the pizza dough is the only bread that did not agree with me in all of Norway. But it was tasty and I will go back and try other items off the menu.

We love the food so much that we ended up visiting twice. You need to find an empty table for yourself, which is pretty common in Tromso, as we found out. The place is quite cozy. We had the amazing the chicken confit and the English breakfast. The confit sauce was simply out of this world! Though the second time round it was more cheesy.

the food was amazing. very large variety of cuisines and very vegetarian friendly. the atmosphere was also very nice. you can order your food from your phone or with a server. the food did take quite long to arrive and one of the items we ordered did not arrive.
