Hubby and I were looking for a spot to meet after work- on a Friday…you know trying to keep it spicy meet up after a long day.. first time at Earls and from the beginning it seemed that the hostess couldn’t decide where to sit us when it was so much open space, she even went as far to start putting our name on the waitlist but she sat us way in the back of the restaurant- if it were not for others in the back - I would have felt as if she were hiding us.. her greeting was very unpleasant and I think she knew it too…. Moving on we sat down and looked over the menu and we ordered the appetizer: the tacos 🌮 with slaw- not bad, then dinner: I ordered grill chicken and mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the cheeseburger. We had a new waitress who hadn’t been on the floor long but the kitchen had forgot the cheese on the burger and then they piled slaw on my plate with the grilled chicken. My husband suggested that they only need to add one tomato instead of two…. After our meal I wanted something sweet so we ordered the cheesecake. To my surprise it looked like the picture on the menu but it was dry- seemed to had sat a while. What helped my experience was the restaurant itself was pretty but I think the experience and greeting at the front needs to be as welcoming as the decor. Thanks to the manager who came and apologized for the food mix up but Maybe next time our experience will be better. We ordered door dash and it was a series of disappointments. 1. They took an absurdly long time to get our order to our dasher. 2. When it arrived it was super cold. 3. We ordered a cheesecake and a “sticky” toffee pudding and received two very unsticky toffee puddings. One was served with raspberries, one wasn’t. It was extremely dry. We were looking forward to trying that cheesecake, though with the way everything else turned out it probably doesn’t matter now since the quality of the food was so poor. 4. The fries tasted like they were made yesterday. They had a horrible mouth feel, like stale chips that were hollowed out. 5. The toast was so tiny and burnt to a crisp, nothing like the photo they featured (see my photo below). We didn’t even attempt a bite. 6. My mixed greens didn’t have any dressing with them. 7. My steak was over seasoned and had a large tendon in it. My husband’s was fatty. 8. The broccolini was burnt, bland, and woody through out. This was supposed to be the seasonal vegetable. 9. The crab cake was so generic and had large chunks of red onion. It also had shrimp mixed in it. That is not what I expect from a lump crab cake. The lemon wedge that came with it was the end of it where the stem would be and had maybe two drops of juice because it was so small. I used to love this restaurant. They made a tasty chicken penne alfredo dish that I don’t even see on the menu anymore. This place had really gone down hill and definitely not worth what we paid. Over priced. Not tasty. Started off wonderfully with lovely/tasty food. Fairly quick delivery. Our guests ordered another round of tacos & it took over 35 minutes for 1 tuna taco & 1 shrimp taco. Server was very kind & professional. My boyfriend and I went here for brunch one time and it was amazing! However tonight was a different story. It’s a quiet Sunday night and there’s maybe 20 people in the entire restaurant . We were seated and waited for 20 minutes without any recognition. Our waitress checked on the table beside of us at least 3 times. I feel like that was extremely rude seeing as we were the only people not being waited on. My boyfriend and I tried to make eye contact many times. We eventually got up and left; I looked back and saw that she finally saw us. By that time it was too late. We definitely expected better service considering the prices are what they are. Great experience at the park meadows location, the Buffalo cauliflower appetizer was better then expected, I had the sea bass dish and it was perfection. Our waitress checked on us just enough, did not hover but checked to make sure we had what we needed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will visit again. Oh they have love music on Thursday nights. Great Atmosphere. Decorated for the holidays and great service and food to follow. Waitress was always ready to help us, checked in with us enough but not too much. Food came out cooked properly and the flavor was great. Hard to find a place where you get all of the above especially on a busy busy Saturday night. We will remain customers and explore their many different entrees. Thanks for making our date night great Earls! Happy holidays! This was a very nice restaurant. Hostess was kinda but the outfits that some of them and the servers were wearing seemed very unprofessional. We were there for a birthday and they do nothing special for a birthday unless you pay for a dessert. They also didn't have candles. Not a big deal, but something little to have around for a little extra celebration. The place seems to be very elegant and professional, but the server not so professional and had to go back around to repeat our order to us and still missed a few little things. She was young and could be new but with the price point, menu, and place, little more experience would be appreciated. Excellent restaurant to cool down in and have a lunch bite. I had a pulled chicken club sandwich at Earls. It had some special sauce. When you pick up one of the halves of that sandwich you can't put it down until it's finished. I needed extra napkins. Gia had the classic burger and she seemed to be able to finish it neatly. Well we were very excited about this place, unfortunately we never got any service so hard to give this restaurant anything better than 1 star… when we showed up today (Saturday), there was no host so we waited about 5min. Then somebody showed up and asked us what we want. We politely asked for a table for two. The lady seemed surprised but took us to a high top which was still pretty dirty - pieces of corn everywhere on the chairs, menu covered with guac.. the server apologized for the mess and just walked away (never came back to clean the table). Well we waited about 15min and got absolutely no service (not even a glass of water). The restaurant was half empty as you can see from my pictures. I absolutely understand places that are understaffed (which most likely means that staff is underpaid and does not want to stay) but it’s weird when your server has a 10min conversation with a table next to you (laughing all the time, maybe her friends?) and does not even acknowledge you at all (you can see the server on the picture), just totally ignored us (we smiled at her to get her attention and were patient) but after 15 min of nothing, we just left… Maybe try to pay your staff better wages so they care about their customers? The entire staff was sensational. The chef’s presentation of buffalo cauliflower, crab cakes, and melt in your mouth steaks made our experience something to remember. With seasonal menu options, we’re always excited to try something new each time we go in.
