How does this place not have more 5⭐ reviews??? The service is always great, everyone is friendly and smiling. I frequent this Dutch Bros everyday and to my surprise earlier this week the broista hand delivered my drink at my car AND a cute little key chain!! I think they all know my order now because I get the same thing everyday. One day I forgot my purse and my tap to pay on the phone wasn't working, rather than turn me away they made my drink anyways and sent me on my way. This place is a gem and so is everyone that works here!! Dutch Bros > Starbucks

Their shakes aren't shakes, they are milk poured over slushie ice. I got a cotton candy shake tonight, it was absolutely terrible. I immediately noticed it was the consistency of colored milk, the girl said "I can hand make it instead". Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Went two weeks ago and got stuck in drive through for 30+ minutes. Went again today and got stuck in drive through for 40 minutes with only 10 cars in line. Drinks are not worth the wait.
