The ugly guy who runs the place makes me feel like I’m bothering him by asking for a coffee. I don’t need the attitude. PLENTY of other places to get coffee in this town. I can't believe this place sometimes. They close at a certain hour, yet refuse to make any food an hour before they close! You also employ people who won't touch pork products, really? I get it's a religious belief, but you have a business to run. If you have an employee who can't handle a product, make sure you schedule someone with them who can. It's really just common sense. You should be serving food up until the moment you close. It's not hard to schedule that way. You close at five, schedule a person until six, and problem solved. This is no way to run a business. Imagine how much money you have lost due to refusal to sell product!! I can go elsewhere and often do, but is that really what you want people to do? It's a very poorly run business, no doubt. It's too bad because it's a convenient location. There are many other DDs to go to. Maybe you own them all, and just don't care, sad...... Typical Dunkin. Slow drive through. Ordered just coffee and waited 10 minutes at the window. 1 car in front of me. We ordered just coffee.
