Sat in the drive thru for40 minutes. No exaggeration here. It would have been longer but I left the line as soon as I wasn't trapped between cars also waiting. I pulled in at 11:30 behind 4 cars. I left the drive thru when I was behind 1 AT 12:10. That means 3 cars in 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES. Never got food. Never got to talk to someone. Absolute joke. I could have sat amd eaten somewhere in that same amount of time. All that time with nothing to show. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE THINGS TO DO. there is another dunkin near thomaston.
