When I specify asked for a large Carmel coffee, but get a nasty chocolate frozen coffee in stead, I wasn't pleased with this because I had to go back.. they corrected the order but it's important to concentrate because if I mess my job up it could threaten people's lives. I always do my job right! I hope you can too. I'm a regular customer, and the morning crew gives my service dog whipped cream! Which is pretty cool 😎.. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Used to be the best location but I won’t come back my drinks are always wrong. I even brought one back and it was still remade wrong and then they look at you like youre the annoying one 😂 it wouldn’t be a huge deal but whole milk makes me sick and I’m tired of leaving here feeling sick. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE FOOD IS INEDIBLE! I CAME IN DURING THE MORNING A FEW DAYS AGO AND ORDERED A BOSTON CREME DONUT WITH A CARAMEL ICED COFFEE. NOT ONLY WAS THE DONUT EXTREMELY STALE AND DISGUSTING, WHEN I BIT INTO IT, IT WAS ROCK HARD AND SEEMED OLD. THE COFFEE WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING, I NOTICED A SLIMY WHITE WAD WITH THE CONSISTENCY OF SPIT FLOATING AROUND NEAR THE ICE AT THE TOP, WHEN I HAD BROUGHT THE ISSUE UP WITH THE BLONDE GIRL MANNING THE DRIVE THRU, SHE SEEMED TO HAVE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND SHE SIMPLY TOLD ME TO "DEAL WITH IT OR BUY A NEW COFFEE". Extremely slow service since remodel, ordered the same thing twice and both times one of the two drinks were done wrong. I mean, wrong as in iced instead of frozen. I gave this store on one stop because since it open it's been 24 hours inside drive-thru when to comes this year a lot of people homeless they started shot in the doors at 10:00 p.m. because we used to come in here and you know get out of cold charge their phones whatever I have a coffee at 9:00 so I feel like going on it shuts his doors on the homeless it's not cool so this location gets one staff for me Meal type Other Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Avocado and Roasted Tomato Toast

Went to Dunkin’s to meet some people for work. I arrived early just to see a bunch of teenagers gathered around the entrances fighting and getting in the way. When I went inside the workers looked lost and confused. I suggested to call the police but they said they wouldn’t do that. The teens were harassing customers. I decided to do business else where.

The workers for the most time get your order correct but for some strange reason they always seem to make the coffee taste like water and not coffee as well as their food. Sometimes I’ve ordered and the food was burnt and I have ordered hashbrowns and they were beyond crispy as well. call it burned too as well because they overcook it. I don’t know if it’s them necessarily doing it intentionally or their employees just don’t care to work there what I would suggest is that you let go of all the workers since you are remodeling the location and higher new young high school workers eager to work, they want to work as much as they want to breathe. That is the employees that you want to hire employees that have everything to lose because when they have something to lose, they have a reason to go to work. because they realize they have so much more to gain. Overall, this location is placed in the right spot just not with the right flow drive-through with this location has to have more than one window serving coffee because you have one customer per window. You will have two times the speed of flow going, allowing your employees to do a better job with a steady flow as well as having the flow of vehicles travel through without needing to build up a line having a line in drive-through is a issue to the business because the longer you have customers waiting the less money you will make, if they start to get annoyed and take off the ones that stay too long, add this to your concern. Is that customers that way too long may be the ones that you don’t want at all such as myself I write reviews based on Duncan’s work effort and dedication to the business and loyalty to the company as a high rated customer the company does look at my review and take in consideration for who I am as a customer and how many reviews I leave the company. I also have district managers directly on my phone and know them personally so I’m not one to be leaving in the parking lot for too long, I’m so glad to see that this location that I am right in review on is under construction and re-modeling. Placed an order for drive thru pick up (just 1 iced chai latte). Line was down and out the street. Rather than block traffic, decided to pick up inside (have had this situation happen multiple times at different locations. 9am is busy in my area. Its NEVER been an issue before.) Manager says no. Not allowed. Because I have to "wait my turn so its fair"??? Is that not the point of order ahead, to skip ordering? So while standing right there I placed the SAME order for walk in. Walked out with my coffee 45 seconds later, then called the 1800 number to cancel my drive thru order. Absolutely insane to me. Don't understand the logic at all. Clearly walk in pickup was not busy as I waited less than a minute. But whatever. Manager clearly isnt logical and runs the shop in a more emotional manner. Moral of the story: be VERY careful which one the go option you choose at this location. Because you are LOCKED IN to it. I never order equal because associates are to lazy to individually open packages and pour. You will get it with sugar guaranteed. And hello you can taste the difference and hello im diabetic lol. So now I always order it with no sweetener. Then I ask associate for several packets because this store is to uneducated to leave it out next to the piles of sugar packets. Today as usual store is dead I finally get one of the 5 associate attention omg it's always the same lady why me. She goes from cleaning store walks over to some type of water basin wets her fingers instead of washing her hands then hands me completely soaked packets of equal which I just left there on the counter. Are people really this lazy, unprofessional what has happened to service. Can you imagine from cleaning dirty floors to dipping her finger tips too lazy to dry her hands! Really? Then hands me wet packages of equal. Please review this store please create proper edaquecy and morals. Thank you. Service: 1
