6-8 workers at the front, 1 is holding the cup While the other is pulling the tap and the other one going to get a lid and the last one is calling the ticket #. Luck of efficiency at its best. I had this at a five star. But I will never go here again. They must be under new management. I shop here often. And I asked him for an extra cup with a lid. He gave me the lid and said a dollar for the empty cup. I just believe that's a disgrace. After he said that I started to look around and I noticed they were not wearing hair nets.
