I just moved to Mt. Holly form Denver, NC. I have to say this is the best Dunkin around, hands down. The ONLY one that gets my coffee right. They are always very nice and courteous and give the BEST customer service. I have left the Denver location unhappy sooo many times, and have not once ever left this one unhappy! I would give 10 stars if I could! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Gave me the wrong drink and forgot the cheese for the cheese tots. All of that is fixable, but they had absolutely no respect for customers. With the F bomb and GD spewing out of their mouth with every other word they spoke. I didn't even attempt to try to get it corrected because they just pretend I wasn't even there.
