We were SO SO happy with how our gender reveal donuts turned out! The team was beyond kind and accommodating. They were all just as excited as we were, which made the experience that much better. They did a fantastic job. We could not have asked for better. This was beyond 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I tried ordering a frozen mocha and I was told the machine was broken. No big deal. I then tried to order an iced coffee listed on the menu and I was told they didn’t have any white chocolate mocha. I then asked for a powdered jelly donut which I’m almost certain I’ve had from that location but she said they didn’t but they had sugar coated jelly donuts. I said perfect I’ll have two. And then I was told they didn’t have any of those either. Once I got to the window she then tried to give me someone else’s order. I was given my coffees with no straws and had to wait for her to open the window again so I could ask for some. When I got to taste my coffee it was not good at all. I don’t ever write reviews but this was just not a good experience.

I’ve been here several times now and something is usually a little off. Had a coupon so I figured I’d try it again. this time they didn’t put pumpkin in the pumpkin latte. Good strong coffee but just a little off. Quick and friendly service though. I’ll try again in a few months. Update: 1/18/24 Tried it again. This time I got an iced caramel latte and it was the best tasting latte I have ever had.
