Horrible customer service. My orders were always wrong and manager and/or employee never apologized or offered to fix the situation. Had to call corporate finally and then got yelled at for calling corporate. I used to go there every day so I was a regular too. Treated horrible. I am lactose intolerant and you continuously put cheese on any breakfast sandwich I order. Its one less ingredient to add so it in theory easier to make and more profit for you since Im being charged the same price and receiving less. Im annoyed how often you repeat the order back to me correctly yet screw it up when being prepared. Complete trash! Now I must drive out of my way to another DD just to get someone who can take and prepare an order correctly. Maybe I should just pay extra and go to Starbucks as I know the order will be correct.
