Why do the employees keep putting sprinkled donuts upside down in a paper bag!? They use to come in a box, why would I pay money for a donut that has lost all of its icing and sprinkles? Ordered hash browns, I should have have ordered hash browns with extra oil. I than ask to remake the order and the same results . Oily potatoes.. Other than that . I had a craving for sugar so I ordered through door dash. I got a dozen assorted donuts with a frozen chocolate. I took a pic which shows the donuts in which most I gave away with 2 going to the driver. The large frozen chocolate wasn't even filled to the top.In this pic,I took 2 spoon fulls. I normally get the frozen hot chocolate but wasn't on door dashes menu. The donuts were stale and the frozen chocolate taste like a diet chocolate. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru line to get to the ordering part and no one ever said hello ill be right with your or anything after no one being in front of me waiting so i left and took my business elsewhere everytime i come to this location service is slow and non existent!
