Stoped in at drive thru , as this Dunkin as most now are is drive thru only, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches , when I pulled up to window was given food , drove off and opened sausage egg and cheese bagel and egg and sausage were still frozen , opened up 2nd sandwich and was the same seems like they toasted the bagel and threw on cold egg and meets , went back and have it back and let them know that this is unacceptable as someone can end up in Er from undercooked meet. Beware of eating at this place . Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Shout Out!!! To Maria I am a regular there Maria has good customer service very patient with the customers makes you feel comfortable She is amazing, cool vibe over all a great person and she makes the environment amazing really cares about her job and your customers love going to that Dunkin best one by far This is my favorite place to go for cold drinks and good eats Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Placed on mobile order for a specialty coffee. When I arrived there, a lady said the flavor is out of stock. I said it's ok, just make a regular one. I requested less ice, she put lots of ice. I requested to make it per my order. The lady in the drive-through who took my order remade it but she made it taste horrible on purpose. She gave me a coffee super diluted with water. When I drank it, I quickly noticed that she did it on purpose. My friend sipped my coffee and spitted it out right away. Will never forget the lady... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bought 3 large hot chocolate with whipped cream and 1 donut, paid roughly $18. Pulled up to the window they gave us 3 medium containers, we asked what is this we ordered large. Employees proceeded to say we paid for small and they gave us mediums, we figured ok then and pulled off if we didnt overpay. Get back to work to open the containers to find less than half cup of hot chocolate and that's whit the whipped cream in it. There is no way in hell we paid so much for so little and ofc we didnt get a receipt with our order. Placed my order 38 minutes before they closed only to get hold to pull up to the window to get my order, sit there for a few minutes, and then proceeded to be told. They can't fulfill my order because they're closing. I find it hard to believe you can't put frozen hash browns to be heated up and a croissant sandwich in 38 minutes. Wild. There store closes at 7, not 6:22pm. Train the staff to know this. Now I get to wait 2 weeks for a refund. 🙄🙄 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a hot coffee. Took a sip, felt what I assumed was a piece of plastic. I spit out what was in my mouth and it ended up being an insect. An earwig to be exact. Very traumatizing experience for me. I will never have coffee again outside of my own kitchen. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

The employees are great here aswell as the manager Arleen, they know exactly how I like my coffee and even start it before I walk in at times 😁

I order 3 bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagels. How tf do u forget the damn bacon? They worried to much about the damn drive thru then actually given better service to the walk-in customers.
