Ordered 2 boxes and picked up without checking since I never had any issues before. But when I opened the 2nd box, it has 11 Donuts instead of 12. There's no way this is an isolated case instead it's intentional.
So if they prepared the boxes ahead of time, please do check it!!!!

Small Dunkin Donuts store is a quiet outlet centre near Amsterdam. The store itself is clean and bright. You'll have to place your orders through a screen with payment terminal so you have not much interaction with staff which will lead to a lower service level. However this is how the majority of the stores will do business in the future.
The donuts are from very good quality.

Worse service ever. There is only one employee and he can’t manage making fancy coffees that fast. He is a human. I just wanted to get one donut and need to wait for like 15 min. If I were going yo buy coffee I would go to Starbucks where they gave a better system.
Good donuts, but bad service! employee is working slow, puting cleaning material on the desk, when you pointed that out, she call the security aan you. what a shame!

Ordered from toogoodtogo, and once we arrived they claimed they didnt have anything left, while the people in front of us who supposedly got the last box plain received fresh products out of the regular stock. If you are gonna lie, make sure it adds up. Waste of my time and parking feess, avoid.
I love Dunkin' Donuts for breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnightsnack, but I will NEVER EVER ⚠️⛔🚫 return to this location. Here's why.
1. Even though there were no customers inside this tiny store, the 2 employees behind the counter, never greeted, looked up or even acknowledged us.
2. We had to order from the self service kiosk. Fine. Even though we were the only two. But the digital stock doesn't reflect the actual available donuts. So we had to figure out ourselves how to order the ones we saw lying there waiting for us behind the counter but showing up sold out on the screen.
3. Oh and by the way, we were holding a crying baby in the mean time, it would've showed great hospitality if she would just come forward and helped us.
4. She couldn't even straighten out the box for us.
5. Can you imagine how much revenue this store would miss out if everybody read this?
