I ordered some pizza online for store pickup. When I arrived at the time it was scheduled to be done, I was told it would be another 20 minutes until my order was complete. Well, I came back 30 minutes later and was told that it would be yet another 20 minutes until my order was complete. As other customers came in for their orders and got the same story, some of them canceled their orders. To my surprise, the staff working tonight cheered at every order that was canceled. I usually get carry out but ordered delivery tonight. I have instructions on delivery so the noise of door bell etc wouldn’t wake my roommate. Pizza arrived fast but driver rings door bell immediately, I answer door “ sorry I saw your instructions but wasn’t sure I should follow “ what the hell did I put them there for ??
