tried reemding my points for a free pizza for delivery. they said i had asked for carry out and then remade the order and “delivered it “ and i specifically asked them to CALL ME . Zero missed calls and two hour later - NOTHING tried addressing this with management directly and they hung up the call . 3 hours later i finally meet up w a new driver and he proceeded to try and charge me 30$ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza had as much as 3 inches of crust with no toppings around the edge. I called an advance to specifically ask them not to burn the pizza and it still came overcooked. I also asked them to make sure the toppings would go all the way to the edge of the pizza making the crust as narrow as possible. in both cases they completely ignored me. I've been having the same problem with this store for years.
