Jacks is a great barmaid. I only drop by in daytime hours. So it's casual nice neighborhood people. Didn't eat here. Problem is Jacks was sick and no one cleans bar so I have been sick 11 days and now so is my mom. Won't be going back anytime soon. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
