We just left the DQ in Bonner Springs . We ordered a lg carmel fudge shortcake blizzard. We waited alittle more than usual but when we got to the window my husband looked at it and said " its alittle melted isnt it" she said i flipped it so my husband took it. We should have flipped it ourself but we patronize the place alot. We all know if your fast enough you can flip a shake. The first spoonfull dripped. The bottom of the cup was full of chocolate that clustered in the bottom. Sure it would in a shake but not a bizzard. We should have trun around and asked for our money back. When I got home i called and asked to talk to the manager. She said she was, so i told her everything, she only asked if she flipped it and i said she said she did and she said then, theres nothing i can do. We were very disappointed in the manager. We loved going there but that will never happen again. We will refuse it and flip it ourself outside her window.
