It's a pleasant experience to taste nicely cooked double burgers, cod and fish sandwiches. Do not go away without eating good sundaes, brownies and gelato. This seems to be a good place, clean and neat. Used the take out order.service There was a line when arrived, one employee taking all the orders, doing all the work, very hard working employee! There is another one, she was just standing by a registrar as cashier and not saying anything, or doing anything, was not sure whether the cashier line is open or she is just resting there, did not called out for next customer to be served. There was another employee standing by the soda fountain and playing with his key chains, again not doing anything productive for the store. Price is moderate for the store, but the portion was smaller than expected, quite filling for the portion; but not quite worth the price paid. My order was ready quick, delivered by the employee standing by the cashier, apparently she does know she is at work and does something. One of the worst Culver's I've been to for customer service. The drive thru attendant on 3/1/24 was rude. Asked for malt vinegar at the speaker and some other sauces you have to pay for. Asked again at the window and still didn't receive them after being told they are in the bag. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude management. The employee rung me up for the wrong thing and I didn't notice til I got the food immediately I talked to someone and the manager on staff proceeded to belittle and get upset at me for not noticing instead of worrying about there employee. (I'd understand if I ordered alot but literally one burger basket) staff on the other hand the young men on staff were very sweet and helpful just wish management would follow. Best customer service and food quality of any other fast food place in Niles and probably Chicago. If more people took pride in their work the way they do there wouldn’t be so many dumpy franchises throughout the city. A sizeable portion of staff are special needs and couldn’t be more professional and i will always be happy to support such a business. Very clear they take pride in their jobs which is refreshing to say the least. All around great experience every time. I usually go to the drive through during my lunch break. Sometimes it can be bombarded during dinner time in the drive through but they’re usually quick and effective in getting bringing the order.
