Very sick while traveling and I wanted some chicken soup. They didn’t have any but the young man who rang us up was super helpful and recommended another soup, which was delicious, with a grilled cheese for me. 3 of us ordered 3 different ‘meal deals’. 2 of them had all items cold, and the other had the sandwich warm and fries cold! Not a good experience in the drive thru! We brought the cold items back and they offered to refund or place the order again. They said the re-order would take 10-15 minutes at 3:30 pm in the afternoon (not busy time). I should have taken the posted reviews to heart and not even stopped there. The bottom bun of the hamburger was almost frozen and it coagulated the hamburger juices to a lump of fat. Absolutely disgusting!! The Owatonna Mn Culver’s will never again have my business, we will drive right on by. Food: 1

Love it here. Foods always fresh amazing and worth the trip to get here. Prices are easy on your wallet for a family meal outing. Friday night around 8:30 pm. 15 minute wait in drive thru. Malt was not frozen, but rather flavored milk. Burger patty was thin and burnt. Sandwich came out cold. Cheese curds were fresh and hot. Very typical of my experience there lately. Random...not sure what you will get.
