Super excited to finally try this place out after my friends have been raving about it for months. The food definitely lives up to the hype and is much better than similar restaurants I’ve been to in the Rutgers area. Where else can I find delicious food for less than $10? Plus the portions sizes are huge (can definitely last you 2-3 meals). When we arrived, it was quite busy but we were able to order quickly. We had to wait a while but that’s to be expected since we came at peak dinner time. I really liked the huge mirror on the wall (great for taking your BeReal or something lol) but keep in mind that if you want to eat here, there’s only 2 or 3 tables that are pushed together so it’s not a lot of room inside to eat. Overall though, I’m extremely satisfied by the food here and will definitely be coming back. I come here all the time and never write reviews on anything. The food is amazing, chicken platter is my go to. When I came in last week two guys asked if there was work and the guy at the front told them they were fully staffed unfortunately but he gave them two sodas free of charge. Today when I went in my meal was 11 and I honky had 10 when I told the guy at the front I’ll grab change out of my car he said just give me what ever you have it’s ok. I really like the food but the service and humanity of the I think owner is why I keep coming back. Give this place a try. The south Indian guy doesn’t have the manners to talk to the customers whether its on the phone while taking the order or at the counter. Specially if its ur regular customer. ordered whiting fish & leg pieces, see the picture of the whiting fish. is this what u give to u customers Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Giving 0 stars. Ordered chicken and Falafel platter and the guy gives me raw falafel 5 small pieces of lamb land 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Charges $14 Called the restaurant the guy says he can’t refund and that we TOLD him lamb. Blames it on us and says no to refund. The rice and food all tasted like he took out lamb and chicken platter that was a leftover from morning. Over all it was pretty much a stale left over food that he decided to give us at midnight. A place where I can have all halal items & the best part is it remains opened till 3 am. I love their chicken fries always. Once tried out the rice with chicken platter & it came out good too. They offer great & quick service. However, the restaurant’s atmosphere can be upgraded a bit.

My vackalava desert was soggy not good, my falafel sandwich was awful soggy not enough sauce or salad falafel was stale old too expensive and the front cashier very rude. I will not go there again. I had to throw my food away after 17$ and some change. Im disgusted
