OK, I know, I know, a steak... at Cracker Barrell??? Well it was excellent. I wanted a steak and everywhere else was packed so we ended up at CB. I'm glad we did because we were very pleased with the entire meal. The only hiccup was the okra. It was overcooked and served cold. Corn bread with pintos is my favorite and hashbrown casserole is always a winner. My wife had the pancakes and was very happy with them. They were hot and fresh with the crisp edges that she loves. Very reasonable prices compared to most places these days. Please leave me a thumbs up 👍 if this helped you. Thanks! Tina Marie was a great server. Very prompt and nice. The corn muffins were pretty dry though. I wished they would not put a grill press on them when they put them on the grill. They are as juicy when they put the press on them. They are pretty much dried out. Service was great. Received order quickly upon arrival. Food was bad. Biscuits and corn muffins were hard and burnt. Had to throw them away. Dumplings had no flavor. Okra was soggy.
