I have already been at Westin hotel in Spain, Valencia on a basically full stay. Unfortunately, the quality of food is non-comparable. While Valencia’s every dish was tasteful and tasty, in Corte Verde Istanbul we have ordered 3 dishes with my friend: Bolognese, Mediterranean Salad and sea bass. Out of these three the only acceptable Westin level dish was the bass, because the fish itself was tasty. Spaghetti lacked taste and meat, and the salad had too big of chunks of salad, whole dried tomatoes that were little difficult to chew and had overpowering taste, and the sause was ok, but not in combination with all other ingredients. If the price level was lower than it is, maybe this quality of food would have been acceptable, but unfortunately I cant say i would recommend or go back to this restaurant. I am giving 2 stars due to the great service and the design, and the overall freshness of ingredients

We went there for breakfast today, and the food was good. The serving team was very friendly. One of the team members, Alijon (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly), was very professional, polite, and attentive. However, there was another lady in a blue dress that day who appeared to be a manager, and she was not very professional. She abruptly walked to our table and asked for our room number. When we told her we were just there for breakfast, she asked, "just coffee?" (we had already ordered food, but only coffee had arrived at that time). When she walked past us, she didn't look friendly or nice. I don't know if it's because we are Asians. Additionally, she was unable to speak English. Given this is a Marriott, I expected better service.
Anyway, leaving an overall 5-star review for the professionalism of Alijon and other service staff.

Amazing food amazing service and an absolutely beautiful afternoon. Food quality and taste is outstanding. The pricing is just right. Mustafa and his team (apologies couldn’t remember all your names) were out there to make our afternoon lunch memorable. Kudos.
