I’ve been coming to this colimas for over 10 years. I’ve always enjoyed the shrimp quesadilla, breakfast burrito, steak ranchero plate, machaca burrito & tilapia plate. If you were wanting a taco shop with great portions and great flavor this was the place Id tell people to come. Sadly this year something changed with the cook. My last two visits I was very disappointed. First order I got a shrimp quesadilla and my tortilla was completely burnt. And today I went and spent $50 and again was disappointed. I ordered to caldo de res, cheese quesadilla two drinks and a side of rice. The soups had no flavor and the color of the broth looks like water. The tortillas that came with the soup were so dry.
