We needed our coffee to fix this morning. I found City Brew to be open, so we went. I ordered the Campfire Mocha with whipped cream on top. She blended it for me. It was so good!! I hate I didn't get her name. I can say she was very friendly and upbeat. I did not take a picture of it. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love this place, visited my best friend for a week and got to try out this place, the coffee was pretty solid overall but their highest key note is their lemon poppy seed bread though. Easily the most sweet and delicious lemon (and even non lemon) type of bread I've had. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

City Brew Coffee is always great tasting, the staff at this location are always helpful and kind, with a swiftness to their service. The food at City Brew is not as good as other major coffee brand stores, and it could be remedied by using an oven (like the brick and mortar City Brews have). Nonetheless, I go here several time a week.

Both baristas were very nice. Even offered our dog a "pup coffee". Had one of their specialty lattes, tasted great (could have been a touch warmer). 2 cars ahead of us...20+ minute wait to get to the window - That's the only reason for the 4 not 5 stars.

The most friendliest people ever!! I saw a review about the pricing...NEVER had an issue with these guys. Even when they are slammed busy they treat you well. Plus, where else can you get their yummy monkey muffins?! Keep it up!!

These guys are amazing and know my order every time we pull up to the window they know my car the manager is awesome as he provides everything that he should and has told his employees as well what to expect when we pull up the window my order is already ready when I pull up to the window awesome experience and love their coffee great place

I will not recommend this place as they overcharge the price compared to what is listed on their menu displayed outside of their window. Ours was the one that costs $2.75 each and we paid $7.31 for 2 of those. I want to know how 2.75 x 2 + 6% taxes makes it $7.31? It should be $5.83!The girl on the counter didn’t explain it either. I will see if I can claim the money through my credit card as this shop is robbing in broad day light. Moreover, it is a very poor impression of the city of Sheridan as I was just passing through the town and not a local. Guess how I will be recommending this town on one impression I got from your coffee shop?

City Brew should be ashamed of themselves and their rewards program!!! I have been frequenting the City Brew on Main Street 2 times a month on Friday mornings ordering 3-4 coffees per trip. All of which average $7.00 per coffee. I have yet to receive any rewards but am at a Gold level. Today when I went through for two coffees, I questioned the Barista about how many stars each coffee receives. The Barista answered that each coffee receives 1 star. Every single one of my 3-4 coffees should have given me 3-4 stars with that logic. I questioned her about why I was only receiving 1 star reward for 3-4 coffees. She then told me that it is 1 star reward for every transaction regardless of how many coffees you purchase. Wow City Brew!! Really?? I really enjoy their coffees although they never taste the same twice. So, there’s the scoop people! The lines will now be even longer and slower because from now on I will be requesting a separate transaction for every coffee I order. I don’t care if I have 10 of them in one stop. When your Baristas productivity and sales decrease, that is on City Brew franchise owners and should not rest on the Baristas shoulders to bare. Wow, City Brew...Really? I’m giving the owners zero stars...the two stars I am giving are for the Baristas and not as a reflection of their service, which is always very great!!
