So I ordered online and used the rewards so I had to have the 4 small pieces and this is equal to 8 they were no pecans on and the white sauce too! And the guys was talking on the phone while I was talking to him !! They Charged me for the pecan and the white sauce and he didn’t put them !! The Cinnabon was empty only the dough! Was not a good experience actually felt something not quite right they said there machine was not working entered my card manually and claimed it still not working 🙃🙃🙃

This place is horrible and also, stop icing the buns right after they cone out, it looks as though there is nothing on them, and they have the nerve to charge extra for the containers of sauce and thats not right, it's not like it use to be some Yeats back I been buying them for a long time,

So, first off, this place smells so amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful with the overwhelming decision on all of the sweets! We got this delivered before and we were really impressed. But, going in and having the whole experience was definitely necessary. The cinnamon rolls are so good, great soft and fresh cinnamon rolls. We got minibons. Definitely go and give this a try!!!

Hands down best cinnamon rolls I have ever tried. Always freshly made, so yummy and tasty, great customer service and always so respectful. 10/10 definitely recommend. I've been craving it every week since i've tried it! :) :p

The owner went over and beyond to get a small Cinnabon order delivery to UC Medical Center for same day delivery. When I say he is a impressive young entrepreneur. Everyone please patronize this Cinnabon location in Chicago Ridge Mall and the only location on the Southside.

Be mindful and put gloves on! and stop icing the buns straight out of the oven. The icing melts away and you have to purchase extra icing (marketing strategy I assume..lol). Please learn to repeat the customers order back to them because I clearly said Xtra icing, that's been my order since the 90's. Cinnabon with Xtra icing!

I go out of my way to come to this Cinnabon everytime! Whether for personal consumption or a special catering order in advance, they are always super nice and fresh and true people pleasers. Best Cinnabon location hands down
