BEWARE! 🚩🚩🚩 I would like to start out, saying we are total fans of chipotle, but this branch was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant…. I’m hoping someone from headquarters will see this & reach out. After we got our food I sat down in their OLD wooden chairs & got 6 slivers in my leg thru my leggings, into my skin… my granddaughter pulled them out, 2 had blood on them. They were around a 1/2 in. Long.. I told the manager Tracey, who was so crabby she threw a board with an accident report on it & said fill this out. Came over and said, which chair was it and pulled it out. I filled out the report to which she reluctantly signed and there was no place to write my phone number or address. I asked her a couple questions to which she wouldn’t answer me …I said,( can you please sign this so I can take a picture of it) and she scribble a line on there and took the whole thing away. Rudest customer service in a long time!
I used to love this location but not anymore. For how much you pay they’ll barely even fill half of the bowl and you get literally half spoon of everything.

Always delicious. I always enjoy this place better than other Mexican fast food places. The food is super fresh, and they dont skimp on their scoops either.

Burrito Bowl
The food quality is top tier. The smell makes your water from a block away. Great staff that are friendly and efficient. the food is pricy but you always leave feeling like you got your moneys worth. The style of how they wrap your burrito changes based off person. This can lead to a short and thick burrito that is hard to eat. They also seem to put to much cheese on burritos which makes them cold. Overall recommend.

Food was good but price is way out of line. Paid $37 for 2 Carne assada bowls and 2 ice teas. It will never happen again. There is no atmosphere. I paid less at a good Mexican restaurant for 2 complete meals with drinks.

Average chipotle chain store, seemed as though the employee making the food was paying for the ingredients as it's the smallest potion I've ever seen. Even after asking for extra and paying for them, the burrito was way under filled. Most of the time, the shell barely covers the food. Besides the portion, the price is much higher than the national average. $16.82 for just the chicken burrito with no guacamole.... Overall, the food was as expected it would be from the chain.

Food is good and fresh. The restaurant is clean. Customer service is lacking. One day we went in and a huge portion of the seating was closed off because they already cleaned it (way before closing) and there was nowhere to sit since all over places were full. I’ve also experienced a rude cashier that did not honor a coupon because they got confused by the terms and format (despite it being on their website, and all terms were met and it was not expired). They could’ve simply said “Sorry we can’t honor that” but instead they just stared blankly at me until I said to forget it. At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I have worked over 5 years in food service and I understand how that situation should be handled. And no, that doesn’t mean automatically caving to the customer, but an apology and a smile go a long way.

It's an assembly line similar to Subway- they build your burrito, bowl, etc with items of your choosing. They try to upcharge you on liquid white cheese, queso blanco for like $1.75, no thanks. I got the vegetarian burrito with guacamole that is the "protein" instead of meat. I added both kinds of beans Pinto and black and both kinds of rice, cilantro lime white and brown. Overall, it was all right for fast food. I couldn't eat it in one sitting and ate the rest for breakfast.

My friend has a food allergy being meat and dairy. Today we went to chipotle and while she was eating her burrito, she found CHEESE!! These people arent clean nor do they really respect you!! 10/10 dont recommend this staff, the staff they had before was great!! bring the old staff back!!
