February 20th, 2024 at approximately 5:15,p.m. I enter and ordered 2 bowls Togo. The young gentleman that prepared them was so kind and prepared them just right. His station was clean which made the food appealing. The cashier wore a smile and was very nice. The cooks was on point and loves cooking, I can tell because each bite was delicious . To the manager...this Crew deserve a bonus. Thanks Guys💯👍🏽 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Used to be good, now they are always understaffed so the line takes forever and the amount of food is getting less every time..it's seems like you're taking food away from the employee.. now you have to get double meat to get enough food and you are now paying $20 bucks for a chipotle bowl. A very nice place to get a good meal. This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This location is south of US-192 on the west end of St Cloud. This was the first time I had visited this location. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this particular location of this chain of restaurants sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on all sides of the restaurant. There is an outdoor and an indoor seating area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally, like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. We were having a get-together and needed a good amount of food and ordered a “Work Anywhere” catering box that was a combination of chicken, steak guacamole, and tons of toppings for about $14 per person. It was more than enough food for 10 people and the prices were reasonable. It took a few minutes from when we arrived for them to finish the order. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean for how busy it was when I visited. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the area. Enjoy. Food Is Decent. The customer service sucks tho. They used to give Law Enforcement (Police, Corrections ,FHP) discounts. They no longer do. I prefer to go to the Chipotle in Lake Nona or by the Loop, they still honor law enforcement discounts, and service is much better. I went to order and i saw the line up where the food is was all messy!! I understand it gets messy but they should always be cleaning because when i got closer to chose my toppings i saw there was corn and onions and tomatoes and all sorts of toppings in the sour cream and none of the employees even cared enough to replace it or anything it was dirty this store definitely needs to get their food safety in line someone could easily be allergic to other toppings! The customer service wasn’t as good either the atmosphere was very low only one employee was okay which was the man who first filled my bowl and after that the girl putting the toppings in mine had sort of an attitude and wasn’t very helpful later then me and my mother asked the cashier why it was a mess and why the sour cream had so many different toppings in them and she it’s because “we were busy” but it’s no excuse because there was no line after when we were ordering they should’ve cleaned it up. I couldn’t upload a picture but then while eating my bowl i found some random toppings and i ate some on accident mind you i only get chicken lettuce cheese and sour cream in my bowl! 0/10 id say choose another store if they are dirty upfront i can’t imagine how it is out back. Went to this location 12/31 approximately an hr before closing. I ordered 2 steak bowls, double steak, rice, blk beans, Sala, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Total $45.63 I paid over 5.00 for double steak. Well the steak container was almost empty, I figured the employee would get more to fulfill the double meat request. Nope. Customer before me double request was over flowing the bowl. That's what made me order double meat. Need some sort of measuring cause I'm absolutely sure I did NOT receive double steak portions Definitely not worth 45 dollars.
