Ordered food for myself and my coworker for lunch as it was the last opportunity I had to get food before I close my store to pull off and overnight. Can’t rate the service low as I ordered online and my food was ready at the pickup counter. However, the food was a disgrace. The rice was extremely hard and overall, the food was over salted. It was inedible, my coworker suffers from high blood pressure and had to spit out the food. I was only able to stomach two bites before throwing the whole bowl out. Spent over $20 to dispose of food which I hate doing, but there was no way of eating the food. Had to spend another $20+ across the street so that we could eat. This happened once a few months back, so I had stopped eating there until yesterday that I tried again, it’s a shame because Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at.
