The smell when we first walked in should have been our cue to leave. However we stayed and gave it a try. The waitress we had was very nice but the food was just not good. We ordered $50 worth of food at lunchtime. The dumplings were amazing and the only really good thing we ate. Will not go there again. This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. In addition to the quality (awful) they didn't provide what was supposed to come with the order (missing the pancakes and hoisin sauce for the moo shu and the dumpling sauce). I would give 100 stars. I placed and order for take out and unfortunately it was entirely wrong..I called back and not only did they replace my order they DELIVERED it to me personally!! I can't not stress enough the level of customer care and service this business excells to meet. Always improving and always "the customer is always right" I only hope people don't see this and take advantage because for me I was absolutely more than satisfied and will continue to place my business here without a single bad thought. Pretty decent American Chinese food. Good portions. Usually good quality. HORRIBLE SERVICE every single time I've ever went and ate here! Which has only been a handful of times since moving to the area a decade ago. This last time I took a chance, sat in the empty lounge with a gf to have a late supper around 7 on a week night had one drink each, Our male server brought the check and seemed annoyed about me asking for another to-go container and some hot mustard sauce. As he stormed off and proceeded to accuse me of being rude the whole time. I went up to pay the check and triedto figure out why he was so upset. I apologize even apologized when he was bringing us the extra container telling him I was just kidding if I seemed rude in anyway. Which unless your being downright belligerent and demanding rudely for service ( which I certainly wasn't!) I didn't understand why he had such a horrible Inhospitable attitude??? Especially if you are choosing to work in customer service. We got a PuPu platter for two which we ended up lighting, just for fun because he didn't bring anything to light it no problem and I think that offended him that it was lit when he came back. He seemed to have a problem with us all together. I think the real issue is he needs to retire from customer service; he seemed overtired and had no patience for two women coming in to have a quiet meal after 6pm that didn't convenience him by sitting at the bar. Absolute WORST service I've ever had in house in a restaurant ever!!! Obviously this was the last time here! Its either u get ignored by your server which is my past experience with my children or your absolutely insulted as in my last visit with a gf. I mean 10 yrs ago when I moved here I had a few bad experiences with service. But I still order from take out because the food is decent American Chinese and close by. Now I'm considering driving the 20-30 minutes furtherIm so disappointed with this last experience. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Sad that the buffet is not a part of the establishment anymore. The waitress didn't seem like she cares about anything more than just taking the order (which she doesn't write down and asked me 5 times to repeat 4 items) and bringing out the food.
